About Polarity Therapy

Polarity Therapy is an energy based system of bodywork with a comprehensive and unique approach to holistic health care. It is a hands on technique designed to work with what it’s founder, Dr. Randolph Stone, D.C., D.O., N.D. (1890-1982) called the “wireless anatomy” –the life energy currents in the body. This life energy expresses itself physically, mentally and emotionally in our everyday experiences and relationships. The flow and balance of this energy is the underlying foundation of health. Polarity Therapy works with this life energy in all its forms and incorporates bodywork, nutrition, exercise and counseling to establish a profound sense of mental, physical, and emotional harmony and well being. The techniques are simple, yet go deep into the human experience and touch all aspects of life.

Nationally Registered Polarity Program

The American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA) is the national registration organization for Polarity practitioners. Graduates from this program are eligible to join APTA as an Associate in Polarity Principles (APP), the first level of training recognized by APTA. Students may continue on for advanced Polarity training to become Registered in Polarity Principles (RPP) and the highest education level awarded by APTA, the Board Certified Polarity Practitiner (BCPP) at this and other Polarity network schools throughout the U.S and Europe.
